TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to PierrePro Courier (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, booking services, or engaging our medical courier delivery solutions, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

PierrePro Courier provides medical courier services including, but not limited to:

  • Specimen transport
  • Lab sample delivery
  • Pharmaceutical delivery
  • Medical supply and equipment delivery
  • Scheduled routes and on-demand pickups

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of items that violate safety, biohazard, or legal transport requirements.

2. Service Availability

Our services operate primarily in New York and surrounding regions. Service times may vary depending on distance, weather, road closures, and other unforeseen circumstances.

We make every reasonable effort to meet scheduled timelines.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Properly package all medical items in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Label specimens and supplies according to medical transport standards
  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
  • Ensure staff availability at both pickup and delivery locations

PierrePro Courier is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Chain of Custody

We follow strict chain-of-custody procedures. Documentation is provided for every pickup and delivery. Clients acknowledge that items must be ready at scheduled times.

5. Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made direct, point-to-point, with no unauthorized stops. If temperature-controlled transport is required, clients must notify us in advance.

Items that require refrigeration, frozen conditions, or specific temperature ranges must be declared before booking.

6. Payment Terms

Payment must be made:

  • Per delivery (same-day or urgent orders)
  • Weekly or monthly for contracted route services

Invoices must be paid by the due date listed. Late payments may incur additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

PierrePro Courier is not responsible for:

  • Improper packaging by the client
  • Mislabeling of specimens or supplies
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, emergencies, or factors outside our control
  • Loss/damage caused by undisclosed special handling requirements

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the cost of the delivery service provided.

8. Compliance

We operate under HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare delivery standards. Clients agree that PierrePro Courier is not responsible for client-side compliance failures.

9. Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted before the courier is dispatched. Once a courier is en route, the full service fee is due.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.
